Creating Your Account

Get started with OntarioLandlord in just a few steps.

Sign Up Options​

You can create an account using:

  1. Email & Password - Traditional signup
  2. Google Sign-In - One-click with your Google account

Step-by-Step Signup​

Option 1: Email & Password​

  1. Go to app.ontariolandlord.ca/signup
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Create a strong password (minimum 8 characters)
  4. Click Create Account
  5. Check your email for a verification link
  6. Click the link to verify your account

Option 2: Google Sign-In​

  1. Go to app.ontariolandlord.ca/signup
  2. Click Continue with Google
  3. Select your Google account
  4. Grant permissions
  5. You're in!

What Happens Next​

After signing up, you'll:

  1. Complete organization setup - Enter your landlord/company details
  2. Choose your onboarding path:
    • Upload existing Ontario Standard Lease (OSL)
    • Create a new lease from scratch
    • Add property first, add tenant later

Trial Period​

All new accounts get a 14-day free trial with:

  • Full access to ALL features
  • No credit card required
  • All data saved if you subscribe

After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue creating and editing. You can always view and export your data.
