What counts as an active lease?

A lease with status Active or Pending counts toward your plan limit. Terminated leases do not count. You can keep unlimited historical leases on any plan.

Save with yearly billing

Annual plans are billed as 10 monthly payments — you get 2 months free. Switch anytime in SettingsSubscription.

Managing your subscription

In SettingsSubscription, you can:

  • View current plan and usage
  • Upgrade or downgrade
  • Switch to yearly billing
  • View invoices
  • Cancel subscription

If your active lease count exceeds your plan limit, you will be prompted to upgrade.

Payment failure & grace period

If a subscription payment fails, your account enters a grace period (typically 3–7 days) during which full access continues while the payment is retried automatically.

  • A red Payment Failed banner appears at the top of the app as a reminder to update your payment method.
  • After the grace period expires without a successful payment, the account enters restricted access — the same read-only mode as a trial-expired account.
  • You can view and export all your data during restricted access, but cannot create, edit, or delete records.

Update your payment method at any time in SettingsSubscription to resolve a failed payment.

Plan changes

When you upgrade or downgrade your plan, a Pending Plan Change notice appears in SettingsSubscription until the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Payment methods

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and debit cards. All payments are processed securely through Stripe in CAD.
