Income Statement
Shows:
- Total rental income
- All expenses by category
- Net operating income (NOI)
Cash Flow Report
Shows:
- Money in (rent payments)
- Money out (expenses)
- Net cash flow by month
Property Performance
Shows per property:
- Income
- Expenses
- NOI
- Yield (if purchase price entered)
Expense Breakdown
Shows:
- Expenses by category
- Percentage of total
- Comparison to prior periods
Generating Reports
Step 1: Navigate to Financials
- Click Financials in the sidebar
- Click Reports
Step 2: Select Report Type
Choose from:
- Income Statement
- Cash Flow
- Property Performance
- Expense Breakdown
Step 3: Set Parameters
- Date Range - Month, quarter, year, custom
- Properties - All or specific
- Comparison - Current vs prior period (optional)
Step 4: Generate
Click Generate Report
Reading the Income Statement
Income Section
