The Maintenance Evidence Bundle compiles documentation about property maintenance, repairs, and related communications.

When You Need This

Generate a Maintenance Evidence Bundle when:

  • Defending against tenant maintenance complaints
  • Documenting completed repairs
  • Showing response to maintenance requests
  • Preparing for harassment claims defense

Maintenance Summary

Overview showing:

  • Total tickets created

Ticket History

Complete history of all maintenance tickets:

Creating the Bundle

Step 1: Navigate to Evidence

  1. Click Evidence in the sidebar
  2. Click Create Evidence Bundle

Step 2: Select Type

Choose Maintenance Evidence Bundle

Step 3: Select Property/Lease

Choose the relevant property or specific lease.

Step 4: Set Date Range

Select the period covering relevant events.

Step 5: Select Tickets to Include

  • Include all tickets in range, or
  • Select specific tickets

Step 6: Add Notes (Optional)

Add context or explanation.

Step 7: Generate

Click Generate PDF

Reviewing the Bundle

Check:

  • All relevant tickets included
  • Dates are accurate
  • Resolution notes are complete
  • Photos are clear and relevant
  • Communications are documented
