Creating the bundle
Step 1: Navigate to evidence
- Click Evidence in the sidebar
- Click Create Evidence Bundle
Step 2: Select type
Choose Maintenance Evidence Bundle
Step 3: Select property/lease
Choose the relevant property or specific lease.
Step 4: Set date range
Select the period covering relevant events.
Step 5: Select tickets to include
- Include all tickets in range, or
- Select specific tickets
Step 6: Add notes (optional)
Add context or explanation.
Step 7: Generate
Click Generate PDF
Reviewing the bundle
Check:
- All relevant tickets included
- Dates are accurate
- Resolution notes are complete
- Photos are clear and relevant
- Communications are documented
