Health scores
Health scores give you a quick assessment of each property's operational and compliance status. Scores are computed daily and help you identify properties that need attention.
Score components
Each property's health score is calculated from 5 components:
| Component | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Occupancy | Percentage of units currently occupied |
| Collection | Payment timeliness and arrears levels |
| Compliance | OSL documents on file, LTB compliance status |
| Maintenance | Work order response times and costs |
| Overall | Weighted average of all components (0–100) |
Score levels
| Score | Status | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| 80–100 | Healthy | Property is in good standing |
| 60–79 | Attention | Some issues need follow-up |
| Below 60 | Critical | Urgent issues require action |
Where scores appear
Nowhere in the UI yet. The score is computed and stored by a nightly backend job, but no Dashboard widget, Collections badge, property-list indicator, or report currently displays it — this is backend-complete, UI-pending functionality.
Score updates
Health scores are recomputed daily at 2:30 AM. Changes in payments, occupancy, maintenance, or compliance are reflected in the next daily computation.
Improving scores
- Occupancy — Fill vacant units, track lease renewals
- Collection — Follow up on arrears, use bank sync for payment detection
- Compliance — Upload OSL documents, resolve compliance flags
- Maintenance — Respond to work orders promptly, track completion
