Reports overview

OntarioLandlord provides 6 report types to help you monitor your portfolio, prepare for tax season, and track compliance. All reports are generated on-demand and can be exported as CSV or PDF.

Available reports​

Rent RollCurrent tenants, lease terms, rent amounts, and arrears
Arrears AgingOutstanding balances categorized by age (30, 60, 90+ days)
Income StatementMonthly revenue, expenses, and net income
Property PerformancePer-property revenue, expenses, and NOI
LTB ComplianceLease compliance flags and required actions
Maintenance SummaryWork orders, response times, and costs

Accessing reports​

Navigate to Reports in the sidebar. Select the report type to generate it.

Filters​

Most reports support:

  • Property filter — Scope to a specific property
  • Year selector — Choose the reporting period (up to 5-year lookback)

Export​

All reports can be exported as:

  • CSV — For spreadsheet import (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • PDF — For printing and filing
